The Intelligent Charge and Discharge Equalizer (EK-FD14AS24CK) is a device designed to balance the charging and discharging of 2~24S battery packs. It is compatible with NCM/LFP/LTO batteries with voltages ranging from 2V to 4.5V. The device's actual current depends on input voltage, line resistance, temperature, and battery performance, which ensures efficient and accurate charging and discharging.
Moreover, this Intelligent Charge and Discharge Equalizer supports automatically identifying the number of connected battery series. Additionally, it is equipped with various safety measures such as reverse connection protection, over-temperature protection, over-voltage protection, and low-voltage protection, ensuring secure and safe usage.
After balancing is completed, the device stops automatically and alarms the user. It has three balancing modes: discharge balance, constant voltage balance, and charge balance. However, to use the charge balance mode, you'll need an external charger that supports adjustable non-auto-stop function.
Furthermore, there are two modes of operation available on the device: automatic identification mode and manual input mode. In the automatic identification mode, the device identifies the lowest voltage string and balances all strings to match the voltage of that string. On the other hand, in the manual input mode, users can manually set the required balanced voltage, and all batteries will be balanced accordingly.
The Intelligent Charge and Discharge Equalizer comes with a 7-inch display that shows various information such as balanced voltage, balanced current, voltage per string, total voltage, maximum voltage, minimum voltage, average voltage, maximum voltage difference, number of battery strings, and temperature.

Balanced voltage mode | There are two modes: automatic identification mode and manual input mode. Operation Instructions | After power on, the default mode is automatic identification. After connecting the wire, press the "Start" button or the "Equilibrium" button on the chassis to automatically identify and start balancing. Manual input mode, press "Manual input" to enter manual input mode,Then press "Equilibrium Voltage (V)" to open the numeric keypad and enter the balance voltage (2.0v-4.5v) to confirm, then press the "Start" button or the "Equilibrium"button on the chassis to start balancing. Press "Maximum Balance Current (A)" to enter the current setting, the range is 0A-14A. |
